A stalled AI build, taken over and shipped through the platform's own security disclosure
I took over an AI-generated operations dashboard on Upwork. The brief was two sentences: we are onboarding live users, get the product ready. In the prep I found 73 bugs in the original build and closed every one. Six weeks later the app was stable, the Chrome extension was in the Web Store, and the project had survived its first platform-wide BOLA disclosure.

A discovery network where pixel-perfect and performance were both non-negotiable
A second product for a client I had already led for seventeen months. The brief paired a pixel-perfect Figma implementation with a hard workload-units ceiling on Bubble.io, two things that usually trade against each other. Live at sharetalent.co with a discovery feed, a talent directory, a jobs surface, and an agentic resume import that goes through a human review gate before any write.

A German compliance product, live since 2024, from MVP to white-label SaaS
Hired solo to build the V1 compliance MVP in 2024, brought back for the V2 full-product extension in 2025, and V3 is in development. V2 added partner sub-apps for white-label distribution, usage-based licensing, generated compliance documents, an integration that drafts regulatory language from plain answers, an audit-log surface, and field-level version comparison.
